ABM agency
An ABM agency that shows its work
As an account-based marketing agency, we work for B2B services firms and software companies that sell to buying committees. Our team researches the accounts and writes to each person. You open every account, reason, draft, approval, reply and hold in Trellis, our client workspace, and a person approves every send.

Trellis · Included with every engagement
Trellis shows you the work.
Our own workspace, and every engagement runs in it. Our team does the finding and the writing. You decide in Trellis, and every reply lands there.

What you get
What an ABM engagement includes
These are the parts you will see in Trellis.
An account list with reasons
Every proposed account arrives with why we picked it. Nothing arrives pre-approved, and a decline carries a reason that reaches our next search.
Tiers
Each account sits in tier 1, 2 or 3, and the tier is explained next to the account, so effort follows fit.
The buying committee
Each person at an account carries a buying role. Before anyone is written to, we check that they still work there.
Signals
Dated events behind each account and tier, such as a hiring pattern or a leadership change. We build the set for your motion, not from a standard list.
Drafts a person approves
Our team writes each person's sequence from the research, with AI, in the voice of the seller it goes out under. Your executive or our team approves it before it sends.
Accounts you add yourself
Add any account to Radar by name or with filters. It arrives without our reasons, since we didn't pick it, and waits for a decision like any other.
Replies and calls on one record
Every reply and call lands on the account's timeline, next to the emails that came before, and goes back to the seller it belongs to.
How it runs
How it runs
Our team does the research and writes the drafts. You decide in Trellis, which opens on the decisions waiting on you, and nothing sends until your executive or our team says yes. Launch asks for one more yes. Between conversations with our team, Trellis puts each decision in front of you in place of a status meeting.

ABM agency
The seven things you can open
Before you sign with any ABM agency, ask to open these seven things. In an engagement with us, Trellis is where you open them.
- 01The accounts on the list, before anyone is written to
- 02The reason for each account and its tier, with the dated signals
- 03Every email, word for word, before it goes out
- 04Who approved each one, in what role, and when
- 05Every reply and call, on the same record as the emails before it
- 06What is on hold, and the reason it waits
- 07The bill, itemized, with each line explained
Quality
Why the work holds up
Our team has sold into Apple, Microsoft and Starbucks, and together we carry 50+ years of enterprise sales experience. Jeff Scott, Partner, Volga Partners: “The approach is strategic before tactical. There’s an analytical rigor to how they think about pipeline that reminds me of chess, not checkers.”
The alternatives
Compared with the alternatives
Three ways to get ABM done, and the catch with each.
An ABM platform
Who it suitsA team with marketing operations people that wants software to run its own program.
The catchYou buy the software and still staff the research, the writing and the reading. Onboarding is often billed on top of the contract.
Another ABM agency
Who it suitsA team that wants the program run for it and is comfortable with reports and scheduled calls.
The catchWhat you can open varies by agency, so ask each one to show the seven things above while the work can still change.
Building it in-house
Who it suitsA company with research-capable people and the headcount to keep the work current.
The catchDepth across many accounts is a lot of work, and it falls to your people. Contact data goes stale, so someone must keep checking it.
Cost
What drives cost, and how to compare quotes
Our pricing is scoped per engagement. The shape is a monthly retainer with a six-month minimum. To compare two quotes, ask each what is included, what is billed on top, and what you keep at the end. For a platform, add onboarding, seats or credits, ad spend and renewal terms.
Published ranges
6sense: a median contract of $62,440 a year, with onboarding of $10,000 to $50,000 or more (Vendr).
Demandbase: a median contract of $68,591 a year (Vendr), with onboarding of about $29,000 (Docket).
