Our own prospecting CRM. Every LLP deal and contact lives here, synced straight from campaign activity.

Attio is a CRM built around custom objects instead of a fixed contacts-and-deals structure. You define what counts as a record, whether that's people, companies, deals, or something specific to how your business runs, and how those objects connect to each other. It pulls in email and calendar activity automatically, so records fill in from real inbox and meeting activity instead of manual entry. Built-in AI agents can research accounts, draft outreach, or create and update records from a plain-language query, without wiring up a separate tool.
The flexibility has a cost. There's no default pipeline shape out of the box, so someone has to design the object model and views before the CRM does much for you, and that design work doesn't end at setup. It keeps needing attention as the team or process changes. Teams that want a CRM to work immediately, in a standard contact-and-deal shape, will spend real time configuring Attio before it pays off.
The tools we'd run next to Attio, and what each pairing covers.
Attio is the system of record for LLP's own pipeline, not our clients'. Campaign signals from SmartLead flow in automatically: who replied, what stage a deal sits at, which lead maps to which company. We keep it strictly isolated. Only LLP's root-level prospecting ever touches this workspace, never a client's data. Clients who want their own CRM get their own, on their keys. Attio's flexible data model is why it fits a GTM engineering workflow better than a rigid legacy CRM.
From the Attio pricing page · verified July 12, 2026
The seat price on the pricing page is only part of the bill. Attio's AI agents, automations, and enrichment actions draw down monthly credit pools (seat credits per user, workspace credits shared across the team), and those pools scale with plan tier, not with how much a specific team actually uses AI features. A team that leans hard on AI research or automation can hit the credit ceiling well before hitting the seat or record cap, at which point the real cost driver becomes credit overages or an upgrade, not headcount. Record volume (50K on Free, 250K on Plus, 1M on Pro) is the other cap worth watching for teams with large contact databases, since people and companies both count against it.
Choose folk when you want a lightweight, contact-first CRM with less setup overhead and don't need Attio's custom-object data model.
Choose HubSpot when you need a CRM bundled with marketing automation and a large app ecosystem, and don't mind a more rigid, less customizable data structure.
Choose Pipedrive when the priority is a simple, deal-stage-focused pipeline view for a small sales team, without Attio's broader object/workflow flexibility.
Free covers up to 3 seats, 50,000 records, 100 seat credits/month, 250 workspace credits/month, and 200 emails/month. It's usable for a small team's real pipeline, not just a trial sandbox.
Attio meters AI agent and automation usage in seat credits (per-user) and workspace credits (shared pool). Plus gives 500 seat / 1,500 workspace credits per month; Pro gives 1,000 seat / 10,000 workspace credits. Heavy AI-agent or automation use can burn through these faster than seat count would suggest, which is the main lever that pushes the real bill above the sticker price.
Plus is $36/user/month billed monthly or $29/user/month billed annually (about 20% off). Pro is $86/user/month monthly or $69/user/month annually. Enterprise is custom, billed annually.
Those are Pro-tier features ($69/user/month annual, $86 monthly). Free and Plus do not include them.
Free: 50,000 records. Plus: 250,000 records. Pro: 1,000,000 records. Enterprise: custom record volume. Record count includes both people and companies, so it fills up faster than seat count alone would suggest for larger contact databases.
