A CRM that imports and enriches contacts from LinkedIn/email and automates outreach with built-in AI assistants.

folk is a CRM built around a Chrome extension that pulls contacts straight off LinkedIn, Gmail, and a handful of other platforms into one shared pipeline. Once a contact lands inside, one click fills in missing emails and phone numbers. Four AI assistants handle the routine work around that data: flagging conversations that have gone quiet, summarizing a relationship's history, researching a company, and sending a templated follow-up when a trigger fires.
It isn't built to run as backend infrastructure. There's a REST API and Zapier-style automations, but they're meant to connect folk outward, not to let a team script CRM logic against it at scale. Pricing is credit-based: enrichment lookups and AI assistant runs each draw from their own monthly pool, per seat.
The CRM logic underneath the AI features is fairly ordinary once you look past the assistants.

Entry is $24/member/mo on Standard if billed annually ($30 month-to-month), which covers pipelines, campaigns, enrichment, and the AI assistants. The catch is volume: Standard ships only 500 enrichment credits, 2,000 Magic Field credits, and 2,000 messages per member each month, tight for any team doing real outbound. Growing past that means Premium at $48/member/mo annual ($60 monthly), which also gates API access, custom objects and Deals, and email sequences, features some teams will want from day one, not as an upgrade. Enterprise starts "from" $80/member/mo annual with custom limits and negotiated terms. Billing is per-seat and prorates as headcount changes, credit-card only, with a 7-day grace period on failed payments.
Pick Attio for a more flexible, developer-friendly data model when the team outgrows folk's fixed object structure.
Pick HubSpot when marketing, service, and sales need one platform with deeper reporting than folk offers.
Pick Pipedrive for a sales team that wants deal-stage automation and forecasting as the primary use case.
Pick Close when calling and email sequencing inside the CRM matter more than LinkedIn-first contact capture.
A 2-week trial with all premium features unlocked, no credit card required. That covers AI assistants, enrichment, and the LinkedIn extension, so a team can test the full workflow (import, enrich, sequence, follow up) before deciding which paid tier fits actual send and enrichment volume.
Each plan bundles monthly credits per member: Standard includes 500 enrichment credits, 2,000 Magic Field (AI) credits, and 2,000 messages; Premium doubles enrichment to 1,000 credits and lifts messages to 5,000. Credits are per-member and reset monthly; the pricing page does not describe mid-cycle top-ups, so a team that blows through them mid-month has to wait or upgrade.
Yes. API access, custom objects and Deals, email sequences, and workspace roles are Premium-only ($60/member/mo monthly, $48/member/mo billed annually). Standard covers pipelines, campaigns, enrichment, and the AI assistants, but any team planning to build against folk's API or Zapier flows on top of it should budget for Premium from the start.
Pricing is per member per month, with a 20% discount for annual billing (Standard: $30 monthly vs $24 annual; Premium: $60 monthly vs $48 annual). Charges prorate when members are added or removed mid-cycle, billing is credit-card only, and there is a 7-day grace period for failed payments before access is affected.
Enterprise starts from $100/member/mo monthly or $80/member/mo billed annually, with custom limits on enrichment, messages, account sync, and AI fields plus security controls, group-level permissions, a dedicated account manager, and custom integrations. The "from" pricing suggests final cost is negotiated per account rather than fixed.
