HeyReach

LinkedIn outreach automation for agencies and sales teams, running multiple sender accounts from one dashboard.

About

What HeyReach actually is.

HeyReach automates LinkedIn outreach: connection requests, messages, profile views, and follows, run from a pool of sender accounts instead of one. Agencies use it to manage LinkedIn activity for several clients from a single dashboard rather than logging into each account separately. It doesn't send cold email on its own; that leg of a sequence routes through a connected tool like SmartLead or Instantly, so teams that want LinkedIn and email in one place are still running two subscriptions.

Pricing runs per sender seat rather than per contact, which matters if you're the type of team running one account per client. Setup takes real time too: sender pools, warmup, and sequencing need a week or more of tuning before LinkedIn's own restrictions start getting in the way.

What it does

  • Rotates outreach across multiple connected LinkedIn accounts automatically.
  • Runs connection requests, messages, profile views, and follows in sequence.
  • Pulls leads in from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, or HubSpot.
  • Combines multiple account inboxes into one unified view, including voice notes.
  • Tags replies by sentiment and flags warm leads automatically.
  • Connects natively to SmartLead and Instantly to add an email channel.
  • Exposes a REST API, webhooks, and an MCP server for custom workflows.

The real cost driver is the number of LinkedIn sender seats, not leads or contacts touched, so an agency running one sender per client account pays per seat ($79/mo monthly, down to $63/mo on annual billing) regardless of how many messages that seat sends. The Agency and Unlimited tiers look expensive month to month, but they bundle a fixed block of seats (25-50 on Agency, unlimited on Unlimited) plus enrichment credits and white-labeling (priority support specifically is an Unlimited-tier line item), so the effective per-seat cost drops once a team passes roughly a dozen senders. Enrichment credits are a one-time allocation per subscription rather than an unlimited or auto-refilling pool, so heavy enrichment use can force a separate credit purchase on top of the seat fee. Because HeyReach doesn't send email itself, teams also carry a second subscription (SmartLead or Instantly) to run the full multichannel sequence, which is a real cost that doesn't show up in HeyReach's own price page.

The verdict

Choose it, or skip it.

Choose it if

  • Agencies and teams running LinkedIn outreach across many client or sender accounts from one dashboard, since HeyReach prices flat per sender with unlimited campaigns rather than charging per contact or per credit.
  • Teams already sending cold email through SmartLead or Instantly who want to add LinkedIn touches to the same sequence, since HeyReach connects natively to both for multichannel handoff.
  • Agencies that need white-label reporting for clients: the Agency plan ($999/mo monthly, $899/mo quarterly) includes one custom domain and covers 25 seats, expandable to 50.
  • Technical teams building automated outbound pipelines, since Growth and up include API/webhook access and an MCP server for wiring HeyReach into n8n, Clay, or custom scripts.

Skip it if

  • Solo operators or very small teams running under a few hundred LinkedIn actions a month, where $79/mo per seat (or $63/mo annual) is a lot relative to actual usage.
  • Anyone who wants one tool that both writes and sends cold email and LinkedIn messages: HeyReach's own email capability is inbox management, not sending, so cold email still runs through a separate SmartLead or Instantly subscription.
  • Teams that are risk-averse about LinkedIn account restrictions generally, since any third-party automation tool carries some exposure to LinkedIn's terms regardless of the vendor's stated safety limits.
Alternatives

If not HeyReach, then what.

  • Expandi logo
    Expandi
from $99/mo per LinkedIn account (~$79/mo billed annually); 7-day free trial; enterprise/team custom pricing for 10+ seats

Choose Expandi when you want a longer-established cloud LinkedIn automation tool with per-seat pricing rather than HeyReach's per-sender pricing with unlimited campaigns and actions included.

  • La Growth Machine logo
    La Growth Machine
From €60/mo per identity (Basic plan, billed annually); 14-day free trial, no card required.

Choose La Growth Machine when you want LinkedIn, email, and other channels built into one native sequence builder instead of stitching HeyReach to a separate email tool like SmartLead or Instantly.

  • Linked Helperfrom $15/mo (Standard, local storage) or $29.90/mo cloud; 14-day free trial

Choose Linked Helper when you're running a single LinkedIn account and want a cheaper, desktop-based tool rather than a cloud platform priced for managing many sender seats.

FAQ

Asked in real client work.

How does HeyReach actually price seats versus usage?

It's priced per LinkedIn sender account, not per contact or per message. Growth is $79/mo per sender monthly, $71/mo quarterly, or $63/mo on annual billing, and campaigns and LinkedIn actions are unlimited at any tier. Each plan also bundles a one-time allocation of enrichment credits (100 per seat on Growth, 1,000 total on Agency, 3,000 on Unlimited).

Does HeyReach send cold email itself?

No. It connects to SmartLead and Instantly to handle the email leg of a multichannel sequence. Deliverability and email sending capacity still depend on whichever of those tools you run alongside it.

What do you actually get on the Agency plan, and how many senders?

$999/mo billed monthly includes 25 senders; billed quarterly it's $899/mo for the same 25 senders, expandable to 50. Both include 1,000 enrichment credits, one white-label custom domain, a 1:1 onboarding session, and a dedicated Slack support channel.

Is there a free trial, and does it need a card?

HeyReach's own pricing page ties trial length to the plan, not to where you found the offer. Growth (the 'Starter' tier) gets an automatic 14-day trial with no card required, covering 3 LinkedIn accounts. Agency and Unlimited skip that automatic offer: you have to request a 30-day free trial instead, and the page doesn't say whether a card is required at that tier.

What happens to enrichment credits you don't use?

They're a one-time allocation per subscription, not a recurring monthly refill described anywhere on the pricing page. If a team burns through the bundled amount, additional credits are purchased separately.
