About

What Inframail actually is.

Inframail is a dashboard for standing up cold-email sending infrastructure: domains, inboxes, and the DNS records that make them trustworthy. You buy or connect a domain, and it handles SPF, DKIM, and DMARC automatically instead of you hand-editing records at a registrar. It doesn't do the sending itself. You still need SmartLead, Instantly, or a similar sequencer on top; Inframail is the plumbing underneath, not the tool that writes or fires the emails.

Because pricing is flat and inboxes aren't metered per seat, agencies running many client domains use it to avoid inbox costs that scale with headcount. The tradeoff is real: sending volume is still capped per plan, and each inbox is throttled at 50 emails a day, so heavy volume needs either more inboxes or a plan upgrade, not a workaround.

What it does

  • Automates SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for new domains without manual DNS work.
  • Spins up a working inbox in about three minutes, domain purchase included.
  • Unlimited inboxes per domain, capped by monthly send volume, not inbox count.
  • Runs on Microsoft-backed mail servers behind dedicated US IP addresses.
  • Limits each inbox to 50 sends a day to protect deliverability.
  • Sits underneath SmartLead, Instantly, Woodpecker, Saleshandy, ReachInbox, or Salesforge as the domain layer.
  • Includes a deliverability dashboard and a named consultant on the self-serve plans.

Entry is the Unlimited plan at $129/mo: 1 dedicated US IP, unlimited inboxes and daily domain setups, API access, and roughly 80,000 emails/month of capacity. Volume and IP count are what force an upgrade, not inbox limits; the Agency Pack at $327/mo (marked most popular) triples IPs to 3 and lifts capacity to about 300,000 emails/month. A separate DFY tier ($499/mo or $3,497 one-time) swaps the self-serve model entirely for a coached, hands-on setup with a contact batch and daily human support included. Yearly billing on the self-serve plans is advertised at 30% off versus paying monthly. No per-inbox or per-email charges are listed on top of these flat rates.

The verdict

Choose it, or skip it.

Choose it if

  • Agencies spinning up mailbox infrastructure for many clients at once, since inboxes are unlimited per domain with no per-seat cost.
  • Teams already running SmartLead, Instantly, or Woodpecker that just need dedicated-IP sending domains behind them.
  • Anyone tired of manually setting SPF/DKIM/DMARC records per domain; setup here is automated and takes minutes.
  • Cold-email operators who want a flat monthly number regardless of how many inboxes or domains they add.

Skip it if

  • Teams sending under a handful of domains, where a per-inbox provider might actually cost less than the $129/mo floor.
  • Anyone who needs a sending sequencer bundled in, or warmup handled without buying the separate DFY tier; the self-serve plans are infrastructure only and still need a sender.
Alternatives

If not Inframail, then what.

  • Mailforge logo
    Mailforge
    from $3/mailbox/mo (billed yearly, min 10 mailboxes) + $14/yr per domain; usage-based

Pick this if you want managed domain/DNS/warmup setup with more hands-on hosting rather than a self-serve dashboard.

  • Maildoso logo
    Maildoso
from $0.49/mailbox in bulk; typical entry ~$75/mo for 30 mailboxes ($2.50 each)

Choose this for pre-warmed mailboxes on Google Workspace or SMTP when you'd rather not manage warmup yourself.

  • InboxKit logo
    InboxKit
Google and Microsoft mailbox bundles; from $2.50/mailbox/mo on Enterprise annual plans.

Better fit if you specifically want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes with automated DNS and warmup included.

  • ScaledMail logo
    ScaledMail
    from $3.50/mailbox/mo (Google Workspace); Outlook $50/domain/mo; SMTP $3.75/domain/mo — reporting add-on extra

Consider this for managed, pre-warmed infrastructure at higher outbound volume with more done-for-you handling.

FAQ

Asked in real client work.

What's the difference between the Unlimited and Agency Pack plans?

Unlimited is $129/mo with 1 dedicated US IP and roughly 80,000 emails/month of capacity. Agency Pack is $327/mo with 3 dedicated US IPs and about 300,000 emails/month. Both include unlimited inboxes, unlimited daily domain setups, API access, and a deliverability consultant; the jump buys more IPs and send volume, not more features.

Are the inboxes really unlimited?

Per the pricing page, both self-serve plans list unlimited email inboxes and unlimited domain setups per day, with no per-inbox cost on either tier. The ceiling in practice is the monthly send-volume figure tied to each plan (80,000 or 300,000 emails), not the inbox count itself.

Does Inframail work with my existing sending tool?

Inframail lists compatibility with Instantly, SmartLead, Woodpecker, Saleshandy, ReachInbox, and Salesforge, plus API access on both self-serve plans. It positions itself purely as the domain and inbox layer underneath whichever sequencer handles the actual sending and follow-ups.

What is the DFY Email Campaign Setup tier for?

It's a separate, higher-touch offer at $499/mo or $3,497 one-time: done-for-you account setup, a dedicated cold email coach, a first batch of 10,000 contacts, and daily human support. It's built for teams that want someone else to run the infrastructure and initial list-build, not just rent it.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. The pricing page shows a monthly/yearly billing toggle with yearly billing advertised at 30% savings versus paying month to month, applied across the self-serve plans.
