AI parallel dialer that clears voicemails and phone screeners on its own, then hands a rep the live call once someone answers.

Orum runs sales calling through three linked AI agents. Operator does the actual dialing, up to 10 lines at once in parallel mode, and clears voicemails and phone screeners on its own before putting a rep on only once a real person answers. Scout decides which number to call and in what order, based on enrichment data and past dial history. Coach listens to live calls and scores each rep's calls afterward for a manager to review; matching battlecards mid-call is listed as a coming-soon feature under the paid AI Coaching add-on, not live yet.
There's a real gate before any of that shows up on a screen: Ascend requires a minimum of nine seats, and Orum posts no price anywhere on its site. Ascend Limited exists as a lower-volume add-on for AEs, but only alongside an existing seat on Ascend, not as a cheaper plan of its own. AI Coaching and webhooks cost extra on top of either one.
None of that shows up as a dollar figure until a sales call happens.

Orum publishes no dollar figures anywhere on its site. The real gate is the 9-seat minimum on Ascend, which rules out solo reps and small teams before a sales call even starts. Ascend Limited doesn't fix that: it's an add-on for AEs or other lower-volume dialers, sold only alongside an existing seat on Ascend, not as a cheaper standalone plan. AI Coaching and webhooks cost extra on top of either plan rather than coming bundled in, so the actual per-seat number depends on which add-ons get bolted on. The 500-dial free trial is the only way to see the product before that conversation happens. Orum's own homepage also names a third plan, Launch, alongside Ascend, but the pricing page itself shows only the 9-seat plan and its add-ons with no Launch card or details, so what Launch actually includes stays an open question rather than a confirmed lower-cost option.
Pick this for another parallel-dialer platform built around a virtual sales floor and live coaching, worth quoting side by side with Orum before signing an annual dialer contract.
Pick this when calling should live inside a full phone system (numbers, IVR, SMS) rather than a dialer layered on top of one, and a lower seat count needs to work.
Pick this when the calling and the CRM should be one product, with dials logged straight into deal records instead of syncing from a separate dialer tool.
Orum doesn't publish prices. Both Ascend and Ascend Limited are contact-sales only, and Ascend carries a 9-seat minimum before a quote is even discussed.
Ascend (a minimum of 9 seats) is the full plan: unlimited dials, parallel and power dialing, data enrichment, and international calling. Ascend Limited is a lower-volume add-on seat for AEs or other roles who dial less often, and it only exists alongside an existing seat on Ascend, not as a standalone plan.
Yes. The free trial is capped at 500 dials, which is the only way to use the product before a sales conversation.
No. Both are add-ons on top of Ascend or Ascend Limited rather than bundled in automatically, which is part of why Orum won't quote a flat per-seat price.
Up to 10 lines in parallel dialing mode, per Orum's own product page, with a median connect time of 2.6 seconds once someone picks up.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, and more, per Orum's site.
