AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and summarizes calls, syncing notes and action items into your CRM.
RecommendedLast reviewed July 11, 2026
Fireflies joins your Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams call, records it, and turns the transcript into a summary with action items and speaker breakdown. You can also upload an audio or video file after the fact, or use the Chrome extension and mobile app to capture something outside a normal meeting invite. Once it's done, the notes push out to whatever CRM or project tool you've wired it into, so nobody has to write up call notes by hand.
Search works down to the sentence and timestamp, and AskFred answers questions about what was actually said on a call. Past the note-taking layer, Fireflies adds sentiment and talk-time tracking, plus over 200 prebuilt AI Skills for things like sales or recruiting workflows. Those heavier features run on a separate credit pool, not the storage limit, so a team that automates a lot can burn through credits before it ever hits a minutes cap.

Entry point is free: 400 minutes of team storage, unlimited transcription and summaries, 20 AI credits, no card required. Pro starts at $10/month per seat billed annually ($18 month-to-month) and raises storage to 8,000 minutes per seat, but real usage forces a move to Business once a seat hits that ceiling or the team wants conversation intelligence and team analytics ($19/mo annual, $29 monthly). Enterprise at $39/month is billed annually only, no monthly option, and is the only tier with SSO/SCIM, audit logs, and HIPAA compliance. AI credits (20 to 50 depending on tier) meter AI Skills and Voice Agents separately from minute storage, so a heavy-automation team can hit that limit before the storage cap.
Pick it for a leaner note-taker focused on Zoom/Meet/Teams recording and CRM sync without the AI Skills add-on layer.
Pick it when the calls are phone-based, not video meetings, and AI notes should live inside the dialer itself.
Pick it when call recording and notes should live inside the CRM rather than a separate meeting-assistant tool.
Free gives 400 minutes of storage per team, unlimited transcription and summaries, 20 AI credits, and API access. It skips video recording, transcript/recording downloads, and the personal assistant and AI Skills features that Pro and above include.
Pro caps storage at 8,000 minutes per seat. Business removes that cap entirely and adds conversation intelligence, team analytics, multi-language mode, and user groups, which is why the pricing page marks it 'Most Popular' over Pro.
Yes. Pro is $18/month billed monthly or $10/month billed annually. Business is $29/month monthly or $19/month annual. Enterprise, at $39/month, is billed annually only with no month-to-month option, so teams weighing it must budget for the full year upfront rather than testing month to month first.
Yes. Every tier including Free includes API access for audio/video files and integration hooks, and Enterprise adds audit logs with dedicated API access, so an agent can retrieve a transcript or summary right after a call ends.
SOC 2 Type II and GDPR apply across the product, with zero data retention for AI training. HIPAA compliance, private storage, custom data retention windows, SSO/SCIM, and audit logs are Enterprise-only, per the pricing page.
