About

What Trellis actually is.

Trellis is the GTM ops platform we built for ourselves and run our own business on. Clients get a workspace they log into and see the program as it actually runs: live campaign numbers, every reply, recorded calls, and an itemized usage bill. No black box, no waiting for a monthly PDF. Campaigns, calling, follow-ups, and billing sit on one data spine, so the numbers you see are built to reconcile across every screen.

It isn't self-serve SaaS today. Trellis comes as the workspace for programs LLP runs, access is provisioned with the engagement, and there's no public API to build against.

What it does

  • In-browser dialer with live transcription and AI cues during the call.
  • A master inbox that gathers every reply into one intent-tagged feed, one click from the full email and call timeline.
  • A Today page that hands each rep one ranked queue across email and calling.
  • Call lists with follow-ups, attempts, and outcomes, so callbacks don't get dropped.
  • Campaign reporting synced from SmartLead, readable without vendor logins.
  • Analytics that show the scoring rubric behind the numbers, not just the numbers.
  • A usage page in your workspace with transparent, itemized usage billing per rep.

We ship it, run it on live client work daily, and keep it under a standing internal review program.

In the system

Where it sits in the pipeline.

How we run it

Its job inside client systems.

Trellis is ours. We built it because the off-the-shelf sales ops tools didn't fit how GTM engineering actually runs. It handles call lists and dialer attribution, a master inbox that pulls conversations together, disposition tracking, and client billing reconciliation. Running our own product means we ship the exact workflow we need instead of bending to someone else's. It also keeps us honest about what a modern GTM system should feel like.

What it costs

Pricing, without the fiction.

There's no public price list because Trellis isn't bought off a pricing page. It comes as the workspace for programs LLP runs, and the billing model is transparent, itemized usage billing: the usage page in your workspace shows the itemized amount, per rep, for the period, and the figure you see is the figure billed. The conversation to have with us is about the program, not a seat count.

The verdict

Choose it, or skip it.

Choose it if

  • You're hiring LLP to run outbound and want to see the real program between reports: live numbers, actual replies, recorded calls, and an itemized bill.
  • You want your reps' day visible and worked from one place: a ranked queue, call lists with outcomes, follow-ups that don't slip.
  • You've been burned by agency black boxes and want the numbers in a workspace you log into whenever you like.

Skip it if

  • You want software you can trial and buy today: Trellis has no self-serve signup, and access comes with an LLP engagement.
  • You need an API, an app marketplace, or your own integrations: Trellis is UI-first with no public integration surface.
  • You're comparing standalone CRMs on published tiers: Trellis isn't bought that way.
Alternatives

If not Trellis, then what.

  • AttioFree tier (up to 3 seats, no card) + Plus plan from $29/mo per user (annual) / $36/mo month-to-month

Choose Attio when you're running pipeline in-house and want a general-purpose CRM you configure yourself rather than a workspace that comes with an agency-run program.

  • HubSpot logo
    HubSpot
Free CRM tier; paid Hubs start ~$15-20/mo per seat (Starter), scaling to $890+/mo (Professional)

Choose HubSpot when you need a broad marketing, sales, and service suite with self-serve tiers and an app marketplace.

  • Close logo
    Close
14-day free trial, then from $9/user/mo (Solo, annual billing)

Choose Close when calling-centered pipeline management as standalone software is the need and you want published pricing and a trial.

FAQ

Asked in real client work.

Can I use Trellis without working with Lead Line Partners?

Not today. Trellis is the workspace LLP runs client programs on, and access comes with the engagement. There's no self-serve signup or public trial.

What does Trellis replace?

The stitched-together view. Instead of a sequencer dashboard, a phone console, a spreadsheet, and a monthly report, campaigns, replies, calls, follow-ups, and billing live in one login. Your team works the queue; you watch the same program run.

How does billing work?

Transparent, itemized usage billing. Your workspace has a usage page that shows the itemized amount per rep for the period, and the figure you see there is the final one, not an estimate.

Does Trellis have an API or integrations I can build on?

No public API today. Trellis is UI-first: campaign data syncs in from SmartLead and calling runs in the browser, but there's no external surface for your own integrations yet.
