Website visitor de-anonymization. Surfaces which target accounts are on the site so outreach can follow intent.

RB2B is a visitor identification tool. It installs as a script tag on your site, watches who shows up, and tries to match that traffic to a real company or, in the US, a named person, then pushes the match to Slack or Teams. Setup takes about five minutes: drop the pixel in your header, connect Slack, and visitor alerts start showing up on their own.
Coverage isn't complete, and it isn't even across the product. Company-level matching runs everywhere through a Demandbase partnership, but the person-level resolution RB2B is best known for only works on US traffic, and even at its best only 35 to 45 percent of visitors resolve to a named person. More than half the traffic still passes through anonymous. Cheaper plans also skip the verified email, showing just a name or a LinkedIn URL, so someone still has to do the outreach lookup by hand.

The sticker price on RB2B's plans undersells what most teams actually pay, because the bill scales with resolution volume, not seats. A plan's listed resolution count is a ceiling, not a fixed cost, and any traffic spike above that ceiling bills as overage at $0.45 per resolution (Starter) or $0.25 per resolution (Pro/Pro+) — so a good month of traffic can be the expensive month. The bigger cost lever is which resolution tier you're on: base Pro at $149/mo gets business emails but standard (lower-coverage) resolution, while the person-level coverage RB2B is known for (35-45% of US visitors) only ships on Pro+ at $199/mo and up. Multi-site companies also pay extra: additional domains beyond a plan's included set cost $99/month for up to 5 more, which adds up fast for anyone running more than one property.
Choose Warmly when you want visitor identification bundled with broader intent signals and built-in outbound orchestration rather than a standalone alert-to-Slack tool.
Choose Vector when your priority is deeper account-level intent scoring alongside visitor ID, not just company/person resolution.
Choose Dealfront when your traffic and buyer base skew European, since RB2B's premium person-level resolution is scoped to US visitors.
Starter ($79/mo, 300 resolutions) only pushes LinkedIn profile URLs to Slack or Teams — no email addresses and no other integrations. Pro ($149/mo, 600-2,500 resolutions depending on tier) adds business email addresses and all other integrations. If you need to actually email or enroll identified visitors into a sequence, Starter isn't enough.
RB2B charges per-resolution overage: $0.45 per resolution on Starter, $0.25 per resolution on Pro and Pro+. A traffic spike (a viral post, a paid campaign) can add real cost mid-month if you're near your cap.
The free tier gives 150 monthly resolutions but only at company level — no named person, no LinkedIn URL, no email. It tells you which companies visited, pushed to Slack, but not who. It's useful for testing whether the signal matters to your team before paying.
Premium resolution (available on Pro+ at $199/mo) is RB2B's higher-coverage person-level identification, quoted at 35-45% contact-level coverage in the US. Base Pro uses standard resolution with lower person-level hit rates. If person-level lead quality is the point of buying RB2B, Pro+ is the plan that actually delivers it.
Each plan covers a set number of domains; additional domains cost $99/month for up to 5 more. If you run multiple product sites or a marketing site plus an app, factor that into the real monthly cost.
