About

What Aimfox actually is.

Aimfox runs LinkedIn outreach directly from inside your own account, or a rented one it manages for you. Connection requests, follow-up sequences, and inbound replies all get handled through one dashboard instead of you clicking through profiles by hand. Campaigns can pull targets from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, a post's commenters, an event's attendee list, or a group's members, and every reply lands in one shared inbox no matter which connected profile it came through.

The tradeoff is that Aimfox doesn't remove LinkedIn's restriction risk on its own. It's still your profile doing the sending, and rented profiles ship with a replacement guarantee precisely because restrictions still happen even under Aimfox's management. Aimfox manages pace and warmup with hard-coded caps; it can't promise your account stays untouched.

What it does

  • Connects your LinkedIn account and runs outbound and inbound campaigns from one dashboard.
  • Pulls campaign targets from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, post engagers, event attendees, or group members.
  • Writes personalized messages using AI, plus variables, voice notes, and attachments.
  • Runs A/B tests and reports on campaign performance.
  • Manages every conversation in a single inbox across connected profiles.
  • Connects to Instantly, SmartLead, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools you already run.
  • Offers a done-for-you LinkedIn profile Aimfox rents and manages, if you don't want to use your own.

Pricing runs per seat, not per message sent.

Outreach Seat
$49

  • Connect LinkedIn accounts, launch inbound and outbound campaigns, unified inbox
  • Connection requests capped at 200/week, message requests 200/week
  • Unlimited messaging sequences
  • Campaign types: LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, post engagers, event attendees, group members, custom lists
  • Warmup, performance optimization, A/B testing, reporting and analytics

Outreach Avatar
$129

  • Includes a full Outreach Seat plan
  • Rents a customized, done-for-you LinkedIn profile
  • 1-2 business day delivery to workspace
  • Replacement guarantee on the rented profile
Agency
$499
for 20 seats, billed monthly (3-month minimum) or $4,490/yr billed annually; +$20/mo ($180/yr) per additional seat
  • Unlimited team members with permission settings
  • Full whitelabel (dashboard, connection flow, master view, login extension, email flows, knowledge base)
  • Slack onboarding and profile migration assistance
  • Team collaboration tools
  • Requires scheduling a call rather than direct self-serve signup

The bill is driven by seats (connected LinkedIn accounts), not by messages sent or contacts loaded: $49/month per seat billed monthly, or $490 per seat per year billed annually (about $41/month). What makes it cheaper than it looks: the Agency plan drops the effective seat price to $25/seat at 20 seats and $20/seat beyond that. What makes it pricier than it looks: each seat is capped at 200 connection requests and 200 messages per week, so scaling volume means buying more seats, not a higher-tier plan on the same seat. The Outreach Avatar (rental profile) option adds $129/month per profile but bills quarterly, so it's a bigger commitment up front than the per-seat plan.

The verdict

Choose it, or skip it.

Choose it if

  • Solo operators and small agencies running LinkedIn-first outbound who want a simple UI with no scripting or setup, live in a few hours on the 14-day free trial (no card required).
  • Teams that want to combine LinkedIn touches with email in the same sequence — Aimfox has a direct Instantly integration, so it fits shops already running email through Instantly and adding LinkedIn as a channel.
  • Agencies managing multiple client LinkedIn accounts from one place: the Agency plan (from $499/mo for 20 seats, $20/seat after) includes whitelabeling and centralized seat management.
  • Buyers who want a fixed weekly volume they can't accidentally blow past — 200 connection requests and 200 messages per week per seat is capped by the platform itself, which keeps LinkedIn account risk predictable.

Skip it if

  • Teams that need LinkedIn as one channel inside a bigger multichannel sequence (email + LinkedIn + calling) with heavier CRM logic — dedicated multichannel platforms (La Growth Machine, HeyReach) or a build in Clay/n8n give more control over sequencing logic.
  • High-volume LinkedIn senders who need more than 200 connections or 200 messages a week per seat — the weekly caps are hard platform limits, not just guidance, so scaling past them means buying more seats rather than more volume per seat.
  • Buyers who want month-to-month flexibility on the Outreach Avatar (rental profile) tier — that tier bills quarterly, not monthly, so it's a bigger up-front commitment than the seat-based plan.
Alternatives

If not Aimfox, then what.

  • HeyReach logo
    HeyReach
from $79/mo per LinkedIn seat (Growth plan); Agency $999/mo for 25 senders, expandable to 50; free trial is 14 days on Growth (no card required, 3 LinkedIn accounts) or 30 days upon request on Agency/Unlimited, per HeyReach's own pricing page

Choose HeyReach when you're managing many LinkedIn accounts across multiple clients and want a dedicated multi-account dashboard with more granular per-account limit controls.

  • La Growth Machine logo
    La Growth Machine
From €60/mo per identity (Basic plan, billed annually); 14-day free trial, no card required.

Choose La Growth Machine when you want LinkedIn combined with email and phone touches in one true multichannel sequence builder rather than LinkedIn plus a separate email tool.

  • Expandi logo
    Expandi
from $99/mo per LinkedIn account (~$79/mo billed annually); 7-day free trial; enterprise/team custom pricing for 10+ seats

Choose Expandi when you want cloud-based LinkedIn automation with a longer track record and a broader library of pre-built campaign templates and safety features.

FAQ

Asked in real client work.

How is Aimfox priced, and does the seat price change with volume?

The base Outreach Seat plan is $49/month per seat billed monthly, or $490 per seat per year billed annually (about $41/month). Price is per seat, not per contact or message sent, and the weekly send caps (200 connections, 200 messages) are the same regardless of how many seats you buy.

What happens if I need more LinkedIn accounts than one person can run?

You add seats. The Agency plan starts at $499/month for 20 seats, or $4,490/year billed annually, with additional seats at $20/month ($180/year each), plus whitelabeling and Slack-based onboarding. There's no separate volume-based credit system — cost scales with the number of connected LinkedIn profiles, not messages sent.

What is the Outreach Avatar tier and why does it bill differently?

It's a rental LinkedIn profile Aimfox provides and manages for you, priced at $129/month per profile but billed quarterly rather than monthly. It's meant for people who want to scale outreach without using their own personal or company LinkedIn account, with 1-2 business day delivery and a replacement guarantee if the profile gets restricted.

Are the connection request and message limits per seat or account-wide?

Per seat/connected LinkedIn account: 200 connection requests and 200 messages per week, and that cap is the same across Outreach Seat, Avatar, and Agency tiers; Aimfox doesn't publish a separate, lower limit for Agency seats. Messaging sequences themselves are unlimited on all plans, so the constraint is on new outbound touches, not on follow-up automation.

Is there a free trial, and does it require a credit card?

Yes, a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, positioned as a 2-minute setup. That's enough time to connect a LinkedIn account, launch a campaign, and watch two full weekly send-limit cycles play out.
