AI meeting assistant with call scoring, deal-risk alerts, and forecasting, where the coaching and revenue layers are separate add-ons on top of the base recording plan.

Avoma records and transcribes calls across Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, then turns them into AI-generated notes built from custom templates, a follow-up recap email, and CRM fields it fills in on its own by detecting what got discussed, tracked against MEDDIC, SPICED, or NEAT. Ask Avoma, a copilot built into the product, answers questions about what was actually said on a single meeting.
Past the meeting assistant, Avoma sells two more products it doesn't bundle in by default. Conversation Intelligence scores every call against a custom scorecard and surfaces objection-handling prompts mid-call. Revenue Intelligence turns those same calls into deal-risk alerts, a live forecast, and win-loss analysis. Both run $29 to $35 per seat a month on top of whatever base tier a team already pays for, and API access itself doesn't show up until the Organization tier.
Bundling more than one add-on knocks 10 to 15 percent off, but the Startup sticker price isn't what running the full product costs.

The headline number looks cheap: Startup runs $19 a seat a month billed annually for the AI Meeting Assistant, recording, transcription, and CRM auto-fill, for up to 25 paid seats. But two of the three products Avoma is actually pitched on, Conversation Intelligence and Revenue Intelligence, sit outside every base tier as $29/seat/month add-ons ($35 billed monthly), and Organization only includes a limited version of Conversation Intelligence, not the full one. Lead Router is a third add-on at $19-25/seat. Buying two add-ons together knocks 10% off, all three knocks off 15%, so the real per-seat number depends entirely on which of those a team stacks on. Enterprise, at $39/seat and a 10-seat minimum, is the only tier billed annually with no monthly option, and it's also the only one carrying SSO, HIPAA compliance, and DPAs. There's a 14-day free trial of the Organization plan with every add-on turned on, no card required, and Viewer/Collaborator seats stay free permanently regardless of tier.
Pick it for a plain meeting assistant with transcripts and summaries starting on a real Free tier, with API access available from the Business tier up.
Pick it for free, unlimited call recording, transcription, and summaries when a team has no budget for a paid add-on layer at all (Ask Fathom's live AI assistant is capped on the free tier).
Startup, at $19 per recorder seat a month billed annually ($29 monthly), covers the AI Meeting Assistant and 1:1 scheduling for up to 25 paid seats.
