Chrome extension that scores cold sales emails in real time and coaches reps to write ones that get replies.

Lavender lives inside your email as a Chrome extension. You open a draft in Gmail or Outlook 365, and it scores the message in real time, then flags specific lines to fix instead of handing you a generic checklist. It also pulls up your own send history, so you can compare a draft against emails that actually got replies. No new tab. No separate composer to learn.
It won't write the email for you, though. Lavender grades and edits what a person already drafted; it doesn't research a prospect, generate a first draft, or send anything on its own. The same company does sell a separate AI agent, called Ora, that drafts emails and enriches CRM records, but that's a different product with different pricing, not what this scoring tool does.

Entry cost is free: the Basic plan analyzes and personalizes 5 emails a month at no charge. Real usage starts at Starter, $27-29/mo for unlimited emails and recommendations but no priority support or dedicated CSM. Individual Pro ($45-49/mo) adds those plus deeper integrations. The bigger jump is Team, $89-99 per seat/month, which layers on a coaching dashboard, aggregated analytics, and human-led coaching programs, aimed at sales managers, not individual reps. Annual billing shaves roughly 5-10% off each tier rather than a flat discount. The main forcing function to upgrade is the free tier's 5-email cap, which is unworkable for anyone actually prospecting daily.
Pick this if you want AI to research and draft full 1:1 outreach, not just score what a human wrote.
Pick this if the goal is fixing messaging and positioning across the whole GTM motion, not one inbox.
Pick this for ad hoc email drafting help without a dedicated scoring model or per-seat coaching cost.
The free plan analyzes and personalizes up to 5 emails a month and includes the core scoring features, AI recommendations, mobile optimization, and Gmail/Outlook 365 support. It's a real free-forever tier, not a time-limited trial, but the 5-email cap makes it usable mainly for testing the coaching before buying a paid seat.
The Team plan runs $89 per seat/month billed annually (or $99/seat/month billed monthly), on top of what Starter or Individual Pro seats cost. It adds a coaching dashboard, aggregated team email analytics, accelerated scoring, and access to human-led coaching programs, aimed at managers overseeing rep performance, not individual writers.
Yes. Starter drops from $29/mo to $27/mo billed annually, Individual Pro from $49/mo to $45/mo, and the Team plan from $99 to $89 per seat/month, roughly a 5-10% discount rather than a flat 20% across every tier, so check the exact tier before assuming a bigger savings.
No. It coaches the writing of individual emails inside your existing inbox; it doesn't send sequences, manage pipeline, or replace a CRM. Teams typically run it alongside a sender or CRM tool and use it specifically to improve reply rates on the emails those tools send.
